If you know you have gas, & the pressure is good, you may have a bad ignitor. Even if it glows, it may not be hot enough. I think generally they pull 3-3.5 amps. But you’d have to verify that w Cleveland.

HSI systems can be a bit tricky if they have glow sensing technology. As the igniter ages, the current drops. But they also drop current as they heat and get to temperature. As the HSI unit ages, it get’s out of spec. Make sure to use the manufacturer’s igniter. Different manufacturers use different safety systems with them. Look at the gas valve as well. If it is a double coil valve, you may have to replace the coils. Those type of controls also monitor the coil current to be correct. Also look for a IR senser.

Thanks for the reply sorry it took so long to see. funny enough I replaced the ignitor and it worked fine for 6 months now doing the same exact thing again. For some reason the cooks felt a need to turn the oven on to 500 and lraving it like that hpurs at a time till were over heat sensor would shut it off. I suspect by doing this they burnt out the ifnitor again already . Aldo the “”IR” sensor what would that be used for ?

Ther are some burner systems use it to check for flame. Very common on domestic gas dryers. Not so much on commercial equipment.
