    I have a Fry master model #FPP245ECSD Serial number 0609GP0080

    I am in need of a gas valve and a thermo coupler

    Can you help with part numbers please

    LOL!  Pinning down the correct one can seem daunting when looking at their manuals.

     

    I’m guessing you’re in the U.S. and the fryer runs on natural gas.

     

    Your model FPP245ECSD is a set of two MJ-45 fryers with a filtration system.  The “C” means you have a computer temperature control.  I don’t know what the “E” stands for, so maybe someone can enlighten us.  The “SD” stands for the cabinet components (stainless doors, painted side panels).

     

    Since it’s computer controlled, the fryer uses a 24v gas valve.

     

    The gas valve part number is 807-3294 for natural gas or 807-3295 for LP.

    It should use a thermocouple with two push-on connectors.  Its part number is 810-1873.

     

    …Or…you can get both together in a kit.  That part number is 826-1596.
