LOL! Pinning down the correct one can seem daunting when looking at their manuals.
Â
I’m guessing you’re in the U.S. and the fryer runs on natural gas.
Â
Your model FPP245ECSD is a set of two MJ-45 fryers with a filtration system. The “C” means you have a computer temperature control. I don’t know what the “E” stands for, so maybe someone can enlighten us. The “SD” stands for the cabinet components (stainless doors, painted side panels).
Â
Since it’s computer controlled, the fryer uses a 24v gas valve.
Â
The gas valve part number is 807-3294 for natural gas or 807-3295 for LP.
It should use a thermocouple with two push-on connectors. Its part number is 810-1873.
Â
…Or…you can get both together in a kit. That part number is 826-1596.
