    hi all
    I’m having issues with control board not powering up. a new interface board and control panel and wire harness from the interface board to the control panel was installed by an other company. LED show 24v on the interface board. I checked all connections and ground with no power to the control panel.

    never mind . I figured it out . interface board is duel voltage. 12v transformer was defective.
