Frymaster RE17-2 measured temp different than actual temp

</div><div>I have two RE17-2 fryers. Both have computer magic controllers.</div><div>
</div><div>Problem is that controller shown temperature is higher than pots actual temperature. Here are measurements:</div><div>
</div><div>Leftmost half pot: computermagic says tempreature is 185 C, measured temp is 175 C,</div><div>
</div><div>Nest halfpot: cm says 188, measured 178</div><div>
</div><div>Full pot: Cm says 189, measured 180 </div><div>
</div><div>So about 10 degrees of celsius colder the oil across the pots.</div><div>
</div><div>Is there a way to measure the temp prob? With cold vat?</div><div>
