    “Hi! My name is Joe. Today I’m going to be talking about defrost issues in coolers and freezers.

    “If you’re experiencing issues with your cooler or freezer reaching the correct temperature, check the back wall of your unit to see if there’s any ice buildup around any of the vents. If you are seeing ice buildup, defrost your unit for 24 hours by unplugging and monitoring it. There may be a puddle of water that forms on the outside – make sure you don’t slip.

    “This can be done on any unit that has ice buildup in the back.

    “If you’re still experiencing issues, call a refrigeration professional.”
