Help with Alto Shaam Hot Hot Holding Cabinet
Hi,
Want to see if someone can help Identify a Door Hinge part # for a Double Door Hot Holding Cabinet.
I do not have the Model or Serial as of yet but the hinge Measures about 4 1/2″ Long X 1 1/2″ Wide
There is a Picture attached
Also there is a NO 215 on the bottom of the Hinge. Not sure if that number will help at all.

215 is a Kason edgemount hinge. 4.5 inches high with a 3/4 offset
You can easily identify parts by going to Partstown and imputing model number or manufactorer name.
For hinges and gaskets of older equipment I like to use Refrigeration hardware supply. They have a very complete catalog on line with all Kason hinges and latches that provides measurement methods and all the measurements of hinges and handles. Kason makes most all food service hinges and latches for most manufacturers.

Hey Money, Is this a Alto-Sham Cook and Hold with Halo heat? If so, they are a awesome oven, but when the heating wire ies it’s a real pain to replace.
