    Give me a idea of what kind of walk in you have. outside dimensions and what type of service it was built for.

    Where did you find those numbers and what type of plate are they on?

    How many doors does it have?  And the door dimensions.

    They are built different for each application. Like;

    Correctional Walk-Ins

    Educational Walk-Ins

    Healthcare Walk-Ins

    Hospitality Walk-Ins

    Industrial Walk-Ins

    Restaurant Walk-Ins

    Scientific Walk-Ins

    Sports & Entertainment Walk-Ins

    If I can narrow it down I might find what your looking for.

      Money, I provide this for information purposes.

      Most walk-in’s are custom designed for the location, use, and load.  Normally one asks for a quote and then has to present the site facts for the refrigeration engineer to spec the cooler. Little things like frequency of entry, ambient extremes, and needed humidity in a cooler come into play here. Especially floral cases or dough holding.  The wrong take-down in the evaporator can be disastrous in those applications.  Same with hanging meat. To much surface evaporation will cost a tremendous weight loss.  Recovery when load changes can also cause spoilage.  Meat is also held at 28F instead of 32 to 38. So one would have to add a defrost system even though it technically isn’t a freezer.  Most walk-in manufacturers just make the panels.  They then add off the shelf condensers, evaporators, hardware, and controls.

      Even some reach in manufacturers use off the shelf items like shelf racks, condensers, evaporators and controls

    Getting the right gasket for a walk in door can be a daunting task at times.  I found a gasket maker in Colorado and most times just had one made. It was often faster and once you know how to measure them, cheaper. There’s hundreds of different shapes out there today.
