    I am having repeated issues with new Hobart AM16 BASX machine. Machine was installed two weeks ago and has yet to make it through five consecutive days without issue. Have already replaced motor and contactor. Today machine entered wash mode and will not stop. Only way to turn off is at breaker. Beginning to believe the installation by Hobart was faulty, that and/or machine is a lemon. Any thoughts?

    New or used machine? They are a good machine, but installation is important. As is training on it’s proper use. And water treatment. Also did your chemical supplier modify it?

      New machine. Hobart did the installation, including a pre-install assessment of power and water supply. Replaced an AM14 that was installed new in 2003.

    Have them come back. still sounds like a small connection problem.
