Anyone know why my Hobart LXiH would run about double the time it says it’s supposed to? Fixes are also appreciated.

I believe that machine will extend a wash cycle if the booster heater hasn’t yet achieved its 190° set point within its programmed wash cycle time. The booster is designed for a 70° rise within that period, so check to be sure your incoming water temperature is at least 120°.

On Ectofix’s note, sometimes the water heater is a long way from the dishwasher. In those circumstances one should consider a hot water circulation system. Wether a 3 line or a return on cold is your decision, But it should be part of the evaluation of the site before install.
