Hoshizaki Ice machine Kms-2000mlj
Having trouble with a hoshizaki Ice machine KMS-2000MLJ, originally started having problems with the water pump. Before we could get to replacing the pump the machine completely cut off power. The new pump came in, we replaced it but still no lights or leds on the board. Checked transformers, fuses, connections, bin switch. But the machine just doesn’t respond whatsoever. Need some help on this one

There are several possibilities on this. Power to the machine, fuses inside the machine, bin switch, high pressure cut off, compressor discharge line thermostat come to mind. Here is a copy of the service manual and on page 30 is a flow chart for your problem.

You never said if it was single or 3 phase machine.
Here is a wiring diagram for it. Note that there are 2 10 amp fuses in different places, It’s always best to have a good DVOM on hand to test voltages. Especially the control transformer.
