Lincoln conveyor pizza oven
We recently purchased a lincoln conveyor pizza oven. It was hooked up to 3 phase and we were told it can be re-wired for 220? Is this true and if so..were can i get directions on how to do it?

You’ll also need the serial number for the correct wiring diagram. to check out the compatibility. You will most likely will have to change the heating element. And replace the heating wiring. That means new rear gaskets. Your looking at more than $500 for materials.
