Manitowoc indigo twin evap. Code E08
My Manitowoc Indio ice machine will make about 8 batches of ice before shutting off on error 08. T3 reads 51 within the first 5 minutes and T4 reads 33. What is causing this large temperature difference?

Before you get into anything internal, Thoroughly clean the machine with Manitowoc ice machine cleaner. Make sure to take the spray bar system apart and clean the top of the evaporators.
What model of machine are you working on? How old is it and what version of firmware does it have?
E8 is a TXV code. one valve is not feeding the same as the other. But that is usually the sensing bulb connection to the evaporator tail coil. Is it locking out on 1 or 2?
