    Hey guys,
Hoping someone is able to help me out cause I’m really stumped on this one.

I’ve spend almost 10hrs trying to fix this ice machine but unfortunately it’s beating me.
I found the machine was going out on a full bin error and harvest error.
ITP is good, curtain sensor is good and water pump is brand new ( I fitted one today).

I found that the evaporator isn’t getting an even water spread across the plate. Ice wouldn’t form under the ITP causing it to go out on long freeze.
The water flow seems to be the issue but I can’t for the life of me correct the flow.
I installed a new pump, cleaned all water line from the pump to the top frame assembly. Nothing is possibly restricting the flow. The machine is level and the trough/water inlet valve work normal.

I am still unable to get the water to spread across the whole top plate evenly, it seems like it’s a water pressure issue from the pump but both pumps are providing the same amount of pressure.

If anyone can please help me out I would be so grateful.

Did you use Manitowoc cleaner on the machine. after circulating it you have to disassemble the spray bar and clean the holes and internal distributor with solution.

Not all replacement pumps are the same capacity. OEM is the best choice, not field generic units. They are matched by both head and volume. Most will make the same head, but the volume is important. Also confirm that the pump is at the right height. To low and it will restrict flow of the intake. But most always it’s the spray bar problem.
