Because it is not happy. Start by cleaning the machine. With the proper ice machine cleaner. Then observe the cycle and tell us what is happening Moe than likely the evaporator has a mineral build up delaying the drop. The LED’s tell you a lot. With most machines the 4th cycle tripping a shutdown is a delayed harvest. On yours it a micro switch on the top of the curtain that does this like a older Ice-O-Matic. I’ve never been a fan of foreign copies and stolen ideas.

I almost forgot, with the Maxice, they have a thermocouple in the bin for for full bin. Make sure it hasn’t broken the mounts on the botom of the machine and fallen down.
