Middleby marshal model H 754

I’ve never seen a Middleby Marshal H754. What kind of equipment is it? And are you saying that the door doesn’t close all the way? Or open all the way?

After doing a lot of looking around, Ectofix worked on one 20 years ago and might have a better idea what you can look for.

Otherwise, I’m not much help. Never had to address the issue Fernando brought up.

I have a Middleby Marshall oven Model  H type 755.  I am looking for a replacement ceramic interior bulb fixture

Interesting history on this oven. Was built for Middelby by Cutler industies. Replaced by the model “K”.

Sound like a jam switch or motor cutting out. If it’s not mechanical issues causing the trouble.

I suspect it has either spring or counterweight assist. Being 10 inch walls full of Mineral insulation, the long age of it, Something may have fallen in under the counter weights or the chain may have jumped a tooth.
