I’m getting an intermittent LP error. It happens every few days when turned on. If it turns on successfully without an LP error, the LP won’t show up even if it goes through several cycles. Turning the machine off, and then on/off/on to clear the error and restart will typically get it to start properly again but sometimes it happens twice in a row.

The pressure gauge never reads above 10psi even when working properly. The manual states 20 is needed.

The pressure going into the machine is good.

We had the fill valve on the hot side replaced as it was the most likely suspect but this didn’t solve the problem. Any idea where to go from here?

Grace, first make sure all the water valves in the system between the source and the machine are open fully. Next check the internal pressure regulator to be set at 20 PSI. Now check your rinse spray wands to have all there nozzle’s in place. If one has fallen out the rinse pressure will be low from a lack of resistance, Also confirm that the wand bearings are not worn out and leaking.

I forgot to mention to check the fill solenoid screen to be partially blocked.
