NGC turbochef keeps tripping high limit
As titled – my NGC keeps tripping its high limit switch. Lots of items were replaced on this unit. The new parts are – mags, Diode, transformers, capacitors, high limit switch. SSR.
Oven cooks as I would like, however within a minute of cooking the HL trips and says ” cooling down ” no ther faults displayed.
I have run out of ideas as to what to consider next. Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated. Serial # NGC0610950

With all the parts you’ve put in it, You might want o verify that they were the correct ones for your supply voltage and that the wiring was done correctly. Especially voltage taps on the correct voltage for your site. Measure the supply voltage.
