    compressor,condenser fan and evaporator fan not runnung, light and door heater working could this be the thermostat?

    Could be a thermostat, capacitor/relay, Overload, power supply.

    Not with the fans not running. that is more than likely power or if it has a defrost timer or limit.

    Your unit is a freezer, so the defrost timer and circuit will likely be your problem. The timer motor has to work the hardest coming out of defrost.

    You haven’t said whether it has electronic (Dixel) thermostat or mechanical (Penn). You can check inside the defrost control if power is going to the compressor or heaters. Also there is a klixon temp switch bonded to the evaporator coil that controls the heaters and fans inside the box. It will stop the heat at a set point and lock out the fans till the coil is below freezing again
