I always find Pitco fryer computers made by FAST to have randomly “locked” Or froze. When disconnecting the power and reconnecting the computer is functional once more. Anyone else see this issue? Or is it Jacksonville’s dirty power?

That’s not uncommon with any computer.  If it’s in the middle of a calculation and the power gets interrupted even milliseconds it can lock up.  Many makers use a capacitor system in their power supply’s to prevent or reduce this.  Try adding a UPS tamer and see.

I once ran into this with a pre-press operation that had computers and film imager.  Wound up adding a 50 amp line tamer to the sub panel for the room
