we have one of rational icombi classic oven. it is some time coming on display [ SERVICE 1001 ] gas unlock, can anyone tell me what was issued and how can we fix this problem?

I personally haven't seen that code. what are the symptoms? Does the unit fill then give the service code? What is the Model number?
