    Rational Oven Non-Stop Leak

    Hello ectofix,
    I see that you know a lot about Rational Ovens I have a Rational Oven Model SCC WE 101
    I have a water leak underneath the oven mainly on the back left side. It looks like water overflows from a black compartment.

    The other maintenance guy I work with showed me a video he took and it shows a lot of water coming out.

    He says that it leaks constantly during operation and cleaning of oven.

    What the operators do to stop the leak is simply shut off the water line going into the oven.
    I haven’t had time to go by and check it myself since it is at another facility.

    Once I get a video of the problem I can verify where the leak is.
