Yes, it is on single evaporator machines. SW 1and SW 2 are curtain switch's. Magnetic reed. The determine that ice has dropped and if left open that the bin is full.
Unfortunately I can't provide a picture of it due to site problems and lock down. And Parts town no longer has Scotsman. But the Prodigy manuals are easily found and available if you need them.

After rereading the title of your post, I have to ask. Has someone moved the curtain switch plug from SW1 to SW2 on the board? You can easily test the switch by just pulling the curtain open about 3/4 inch as you watch the SW1 light.
Historically I've found that just a proper cleaning of the machine with Scotsman cleaner will solve long harvest errors. (90%) The evaporator gets a microscopic coating of minerals that are just enough to delay ice harvest. Also make sure that the harvest assist pin is working and not punching a hole through the ice sheet. Make sure to use Scotsman cleaner, otherwise over long term you will cause damage to the ice plate. Some aftermarket cleaners will etch the ice making surface and make harvest delays. You can tell by removing the curtain and spray bar like you were cleaning the machine, but fully dry the evaporator and inspect it. Look for the grid to have lifted away from the back plate and a dull surface on the grid sides.
