Scotsman Nugget machine leaking water
I have a older Scotsman Nugget machine (FME1200) there is water leaking into the drain pan as soon as the evaporator starts to fill. I have replaced the water seal but that didn’t solve the problem. Though I replaced it by removing the old seal without removing the evaporator. Is the water seal the only thing that could be causing the leak?

Check the float valve to be not leaking water in above the normal level and the tubing from the sump to the ice chamber to not be cracked and properly clamped.
