I have a South Bend oven model # SLGS-22SC. I replaced temperature probe, flame sensor and flame rod. Everything works perfectly until I put side panel back on.

How old is this oven and what condition is the frame and panels in?

The panels are in great condition and the oven is 15 to 20 years old if I had to guess.

The control board has no codes.

If you do not have any codes on the ignition module before empowering and a failure to light, then you do not have a call for heat. Remember that there is a proving circuit for the fan as well as the thermostat. Also some ovens have timers and cool down switches in the circuit. Monitor the ignition module power with your DVOM.

As I recall, that’s the oven with the roll out control panel. And the ignition module is high and far from the igniter. Your problably going to find a loose or broken wire or connector somewhere from the module to the flame sensing/ignition. Because the unit roll’s, make sure to check the ground wire and “FEEL” to wires over their entire length. You can also OHM them as you slide the rack.
