    Southbend GH-10SC Convection Oven will quit maintaining temp after a period of time.

    I have a Southbend GH-10SC Propame convection oven. After an hour of use or more it will quit cycling through and turning the burners on to maintain the temp. I replaced the igniter with a brand new thinking it was not getting g hot enough after awhile but it still does the same thing. Has anyone had any issues like this before with this oven or with a commercial propane convection oven like this? Once I let it cool down and turn it back on it will cycle through the burner sequence just fine. Thanks T
