Southbend GS/25SC oven not heating properly
Recently our oven has been shutting off before reaching the set temp. Everything appears normal on initial start up. the heat light will come on burners are igniting, then at some point in the preheat it will stop. then it will cycle this way repeatedly. burners ignite, light on, then flame shuts off. This is not happening every time we use this oven, but has been becoming more frequent over the past week.

when it happens is this for the rest of the day? do you shut it off then it starts to work again? there are a few things that could be going on. have any parts been changed? was there anything that changed in the rest of the line? new oven of equipment. did you remove any equipment?
