Hello! One of my TM5 recently got the C150 error. Googling gives next to nothing. I’ve opened her and see no spills which could cause a sensor or something to trip. Any clues?

The only error I know is the C1. Motor overheat. But you should be able to go into the menu to find help. It’s even how you find service for them.

Sadly the TM5 shuts down immediately after pressing OK on the C150 error message. Do you have the service manual for this?

Can you get into the service menu? If so try a factory reset.

I found a I-fix-it teardown , if that helps. I suspect that it may be the bowl lock yoke or internet connection that causes your code and immediate shut down.

How can I get into the service menu? The C150 appears immediately after the startup picture with all the foods are shown, and shuts down immediately when I press OK.

By the way, do you know the voltage required for the motor/actuator that moves the bowl locking arms?
