I have a big clubhouse that has two furnaces side by side two AC units. How can I pair both two one thermostat?

One would need a lot more info to know what you have. Your getting into a very tricky area. Normally they would serve two different zones. But if they are in a common duct/plenum, then you may have motorized dampers on the outlets. One would have to see the drawings of the install design to know enough about what you have. Paralleling them will lose all of the designed efficiency. Often the equipment supplier has the design engineer for the HVAC system and is more than willing to help with it. They do have special multi-unit controllers for that type of work.

I appreciate your response there are no zones just two systems with a trunk one cools front one cools back one big room! Nothing fancy just two standard installs

Just a simple 5 wire heating and cooling system or is there a heat pump function?

What you would have to do is build a board with 3 24 volt two pole relays. One for heat, one for cool, and one for fan. The thermostat will not take a double load, hence the need for relays. You’ll also need a 24 volt transformer to power it.
