    Need to know if it is before or after 2013.  First one needs to clean the machine with a safe ice machine cleaner.  Normally they are Phosphoric food grade acid compound designed to remove calcium build-up.  Most times there is a buildup of scale on the water curtain that makes the water wick out into the bin.  After 2013 they added a second curtain to help prevent this.
