    The grease is a Dow Molycote 111 and is very special.food grade grease. . Viscosity is between a 3 and 4,  It is very moisture resistant,  has a very low oxidation rate,  And is designed for between 40 to 400 degrees F.  It is a bit sticky,  but perfect for the “O” rings and seals to stay put and not weep.  Yes, it is a bit pricey.
