Here’s the correct manual for your GAS fryer:

So, your picture shows the 12 pin connector that connects to the back of the interface board which has – unfortunately, broken off several legs of the pin housing into the interface board.   It happens.
There’s no getting those out of the board.  You’ll need a new interface board:

Don’t worry about the extra relay sockets on the new board.  It’s a universal board for full/split vats and basket liftsYours is a full vat with NO basket lifts.  Just remove the ice cube relay from your old board and install it into the lower, right-hand socket on the new board.  It’ll work.
Next, the plug.  The simplest thing is to replace the just the plug housing.  To do that, you’ll need the housing and a pin pusher:

If you encounter problems removing the pins from that broken pin housing, then you’ll have no choice than to replace the entire wire harness from the transformer box to the interface board.
Here’s a link for the harness with a 9-pin connector at the transformer box (12 at the interface board):

Look at what you got.  Some fryers had a 6-pin to the transformer box.  I don’t know the part number for that.
When you receive the new wire harness, you’ll need to refer to the old one to connect two, un-terminated wires to each other.  The harness was designed for fryers with a air-proof switch…which we don’t have on U.S. fryers.
