Duke Holding Unit Programming

If the temperature isn’t up to par or there’s an issue with the controls, we can help you find the right way to get things set up properly. When it comes to Duke holding unit programming, use the following instructions to ensure the unit is running at the right temperatures.
Duke Holding Unit Temperature Programming Instructions
- Step 1. Remove the control cover from the control side of the unit and turn the unit on.
- Step 2. Locate the push buttons S1 and S2 on the rear of the controls.
- Step 3. Press and hold S1 until any LED on the rear of the controls illuminates.
- Step 4. Watch the front of the control. Press and release the S1 button on the back of the controls until the desired light on the front control flashes.
- Step 5. Press and release S2 until the sum of the LED values illuminated on the rear of the board match the desired pre-set temperature.
- Step 6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each pre-set temperature then press and hold S1 until there are no LEDs lit on the rear of the controls and the lights on the front are no longer flashing.
- Step 7. Replace the cover on the control side of the holding unit.
