Preparing an Accu-Steam griddle for long-term shutdown is as easy as performing a thorough cleaning of the griddle top. The simple steps to accomplish this are:

  • After a good scrape and squeegee add a splash of water then scrub with a long handled pad holder.
  • Pour more water or ice on the griddle then squeegee it off.
  • Turn off the power and let the griddle cool down.
