How to Replace the Fan & Motor Assembly on The Whalen Company HVAC Equipment

Replacing the Whalen Company HVAC Fan & Motor Assembly

• Step 1. Remove the fan cover by removing the screw at the top and bottom.
• Step 2. Remove the screw holding the bellyband at the top.
• Step 3. Pull the fan out and unplug it from the unit.
• Step 4. Hold up the new motor and reinstall the plugs.
• Step 5. Gently place the new motor into the unit.
• Step 6. Reinstall the bellyband and screw it into place.
• Step 7. Put the fan cover back into place and screw it in.
