When an error message pops up, it’s easy to diagnose the issue with the right steps. Sometimes it’s easier to recognize the issue and get all the details necessary when uploading the info to a USB and transferring it to a computer where it can be read in full. Error Messages

On the screen, a description of the type of error, the serial number and model information are shown. Check for a number following “ERROR” and refer to the error codes in the manual for more details.
Clear the error message by switching the oven OFF and then back ON or by power cycling the main power supply to the oven.

Copying Error Messages

Step 1. Enter the menu and select the USB symbol.
Step 2. Open the cover of the USB power and insert the USB memory stick into the slot
Step 3. Select UPLOAD TO USB on the screen.
Step 4. Select ERROR LOG TO USB on the following screen and change pic to show the correct labels.
Step 5. Select the green check mark to copy the error log to the USB memory stick.
Step 6. Select backspace 3 times when complete to return to the main menu.
Step 7. Remove the USB memory stick.

Error Log

Step 1. Enter service mode and select ERROR LOG to display a listing of oven component errors.
Step 2. Scroll down the list and select an error to display individual records.
- Note: Error details include: component description, error caused, date and time of the error with details of failure and range.
Step 3. Select backspace to return to the list and again to return to the service menu.
