Does the pilot flame appear weak? How about the main burners?
If the pilot went out, will it stay lit after you tried to relight it?Â
Does the fryer achieve desired temp before the said flame goes out?Â
Does the fryer get too hot and THEN the said flame goes out?
Is the gas hose connected properly and securely?
Is the gas supply valve turned fully on?
What’s the condition of the probes inside the vat. Securely in place and in good condition…or all bent and banged up and/or loose?
