Replaced compressor but it only runs about 15 seconds and shuts off

I don’t know that unit’s setup.

 

Single keg cooler with top draw facet.  Undersized condenser fan due to lack of room with a cap tube.  !/3 HP Tecumseh and a non standard condenser.  Smaller overall but thicker..  Not one of my favorite coolers to work on.
