Thank you for providing a model and serial. I looked this info up and, as you mentioned, that’s the serial off the fan. We actually need the model and serial number off the unit itself. That’s how warranty information can be pulled. 

Perlick used to have an open serial number lookup that anyone could use; however, it now appears to be restricted.
