Portable Pizza Oven Star UM1833 Belt Error

Hey testaro,

 

I contacted Wells/Star to get more info on this belt error.

There could be a few things going on in your unit. A) The motor is not reading the speed of the conveyor belt so it shuts down. B) The motor is laboring such as it is slipping or not keeping the speed set by the control board and the belt stops. C) Or there could be a programming error. 

There is a tachometer on the back of the motor that lets the motor know how fast it should be running based on the control board settings. If the control board is not reading the data from the tachometer it would cause a belt error. I have been advised that you can try to trouble shoot the root cause yourself or contact a service agent to come take a look to see what you need to replace… a board, a motor, or wiring.
