Having looked at the above diagrams, You either need Nieco 4144 Nieco 4144 MOTOR DRIVE – 120V PARA SHAFT | Parts Town 

or Nieco 4145 Nieco 4145 MOTOR DRIVE – 240V PARA SHAFT | Parts Town
