I haven’t seen any videos for this Ultrafryer unit, but both cleaning and preventative maintenance are covered in the PAR 2-20 manual here:

I’d download this manual because you never know when the link will change.

Daily and weekly maintenance is on page 16, and cleaning is on page 37

The cleaning section is very helpful with diagrams to explain the process.
