Active members of techtown will know that the discussion forum is where to go to ask questions and get expert answers from the community. That part of techtown will never change – it is at the heart of what we stand for.
However, we now also have a lot of content that can help with repairs where it makes sense to present the question and answer(s) in a single page without having to scroll through a community-generated discussion. For this kind of content, we have developed the Knowledge Base.
We've broken content in the knowledge base down into the same kind of topics you'll find in our forum, and topics you search for on the site will return results from the discussion forum and the Knowledge Base.
