Cleaning the water side of the N series Scotsman

The first step of descaling it requires using this:

Scotsman 19-0653-01 CLEAR 1 CLEANER 16OZ 

 

For the second step of sanitizing it – mix 1 oz of household bleach with 2 gls of 95-115°F water.
