    Why do the 3pack of dairy tubes have to be refrigerated?

    I think you answered your own question. Dairy needs to be refrigerated.

    For some really good, real, fact. Try letting one sit for 3 days outside and drink it, then try one that’s been in the fridge for 3 days and let me know which is better…

    I went sailing once in Florida. For some reason, the boat captain bought milk. But she forgot it on deck for maybe 15 minutes in the blazing sun. Large curds already formed on top. It was something to see.

    Yuck….. Dairy can be a great thing when kept properly. But you piss it off or don’t treat it right, you will know very fast.

    Milk storage temperatures are critical to quality. At 32 it can last 28 days, but at 40 only about 5 or 6.. I can’t find the charts I had, but it was amazing to see how fast it degraded.
