My refrigerator is not cooling. I have cleaned the condenser coil, checked to see if the evaporator coil frozen, replaced the relay and sensor defrot. The unit come on and tries to cool down and you can feel the hear the coolent moving and after a hour of running the lines going to the compartment freezes over and the inside compartment is warm. Is the transformer bad? I can get a steady reading with my multimeter

Are both the condenser fan and evaporator fan running? What you have described tells me that the unit is charged and the compressor is working. I believe you have a evaporator fan not functioning correctly or coil iced up because the tail coil gets frozen. Unless the frost is on the cap tube and dryer. You can test the evaporator fan by manually closing the door switch and then feel for air flow through the coil.

Sounds like a leak to me.

If both your fans are running just fine, your most likely low on charge due to a leak.
