Without a model number it’s hard to say exactly what’s gone wrong, but know that if you’ve cleaned it, this isn’t an uncommon experience by any means. The machine is clogged with leftover scale.Â
Â
It’s worth asking how often you’ve cleaned this machine, if you’ve kept a strict schedule or if this is the first time, or if it’s been spotty maintenance. When you notice a problem is far too late to begin descaling. Built up scale is difficult, if not impossible, to remove via chemicals, and in the process of trying to chemically descale, you may have started dissolving little scale bits which are now clogging different areas of the unit.Â
I should also note that means some chemicals may remain in the unit, which makes the safety and quality of any beverages coming out of there questionable.
(Don’t believe me? Find an old coffee maker and run vinegar through it, then make a cup of coffee and drop some half & half in there, watch it curdle from the vinegar)
Cleaning it another time may solve the issue, but again, it is difficult to help without any reference to a model, or even whether this is a commercial vs residential unit.
Â
If it’s a residential unit, you’re probably better off going for a new one. The cost of service often exceeds the entire cost of a new unit and it’s rather difficult to get parts even if you do possess the knowledge.Â

I hope this helps!

We need to know whether it is a pour over or plumbed machine at the very least.. .
