Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this model? or if you have the same model would you mind posting pictures or emailing them to me?

What kind of Hobart are we talking about, A meat chopper maybe. And ML number is required to accuracy.

Yes it’s a meat chopper,
Depending on the age it either has a contained start/stop button or two separate buttons
Either way you can really use any three phase schematic that has a push button set up; if it’s single phase then just skip L3-T3. Make sure the safety switch on the grinder bowl is wired in series to the stop button.
