Well, could be a couple of things, make sure its being loaded with the right type of product, e.g frozen or not frozen (depends on what the machine is capable of) or if the load limit is exceeded. If all of that is good,

Most likely you are looking at a motor failure of sorts, could be the armature in the motor is damaged or a bearing is bad giving extra resistance. But start by making sure the operator aspect is correct then we can move into finding out whats wrong.
