What is P-1 error on a hobart dishwasher?

Sounds like a probe error. Check the probe and the connector to the probe.

I just checked the Service Manual, and it shows no reference to a P1 Error…. Error codes on this machine show an on-screen text prompt like “Tank 2 Temp Low” or something similar.  Nothing for P1

I made the same observation today when I looked at a manual at work.  Error codes on those and flight machines (FT900s) put up a “Exxx” (three numbers) – but no “P”.  The controls are very similar on those two model lines.

 

I’m not so certain the OP knows what machine they have.

 

I SURE would like to get a copy of your manuals , but I know you can’t.
