Anybody know how to force a Hardt Inferno 3500 out of clean mode?? I’m on an after hours call and the customer put the oven in clean since it wasn’t heating properly. Tech support i

I Tried. It’s a safety feature so the end user doesn’t cook in it with the possibility of cleaner still in the cavity. I just ended up watching the entire clean cycle. :/

Shut the switch off on the back, or unplug the oven.
If there is a reset button on the side, push and hold it for about 5 seconds. If there is no reset button, find the battery for the controller and remove it for about 5 seconds.
Now when you restore power you will be in statup mode.
Be sure to rinse and flush the cabinet.
